The component materials strength index and welding
A, all product components are used in the production of of Baosteel raw material rolling, processing profiles. Its strength indicators are as follows: cold rolled profiles strength index of (N/mm2)

parts weld strength index (N/mm2 )

product safety coefficient greater than 1.5,
namely: the actual load = Mechanics of Materials and Theoretical Mechanics simplify the model calculated theoretical carrying / (A * B)
A for the impact coefficient equal to 1.1 B 1.5
therefore: Safety factor = 1.1 * shelf components of the impact coefficient coefficient of 1.5 = 1.65
B, for the shelf components coefficient is equal to the welding process:
weld TIG, to ensure the smooth appearance of the weld quality and weld.
